Caius Thorne's Interests
General |
I’m someone who finds peace in solitude, balancing creativity and introspection. My life is a quiet blend of work, reading, and moments of stillness. I prefer to observe and take things in, rather than rushing into conversations or crowds. I appreciate the art of silence and often find my greatest moments of clarity in solitude. Whether it’s a quiet day with a camera or a long evening with a book, I find inspiration in the things most people overlook. My world moves at a different pace, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. |
Music |
My playlist depends on the mood, but I often gravitate toward romantic goth music. Bands like Clan of Xymox, The Sisters of Mercy, and Fields of the Nephilim create the perfect atmosphere for my thoughts. Their dark, melancholic sounds mirror my introspective side. I also find comfort in the haunting melodies of Bauhaus and Siouxsie and the Banshees. Classical music is still part of my routine, especially when I need to unwind. Bach and Chopin always have a way of soothing me. Whether it's the deep, atmospheric goth sound or something more classical, music is a constant companion to my life. |
Movies |
I’m drawn to films that blend dark themes with complex characters. I gravitate toward psychological thrillers, gothic tales, and anything that explores the depths of the human experience. Inception, The Prestige, Her, Shutter Island, The Truman Show, Black Swan, Donnie Darko, American Psycho, Fight Club, Eyes Wide Shut, Requiem for a Dream, The Witch, Memento, The Others, Pan's Labyrinth, The Fountain, The Sixth Sense, A Clockwork Orange, The Crow, The Machinist, Se7en, The Shining, Dark City, Blade Runner, Mulholland Drive, The Lost Boys, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me, The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, Under the Skin, Only Lovers Left Alive. |
Television |
I enjoy shows that offer complex storytelling and dive into thought-provoking themes. I gravitate toward series that blur the line between reality and fantasy, with dark, atmospheric undertones. Stranger Things, Black Mirror, The Crown, Westworld, The Haunting of Hill House, Twin Peaks, Hannibal, Bates Motel, Dark, The X-Files, American Horror Story, The Leftovers, The Twilight Zone, The Outsider, The Expanse, The Handmaid's Tale, Penny Dreadful, True Detective, The Terror, The Mandalorian, Chernobyl, Mr. Robot, Sherlock, The Witcher, Dark Angel, The Walking Dead, Castle Rock, The Boys, Lovecraft Country. |

Caius Thorne's Blurbs
About me:
I’m Caius, navigating my way through this new phase of life, finding the balance between work, creativity, and the world around me. My interests are all over the place, from photography to books to quiet moments spent in the corners of campus. People might notice me, but I’m not one to seek attention. I’m more about enjoying the simple things: a cup of coffee, a good read, or a conversation that dives deeper than small talk. If you enjoy quiet moments and unexpected adventures, we’ll probably get along.
Who I'd like to meet:
I’m looking to meet those who appreciate the quiet side of life and value meaningful connections. If you’re into long talks, exploring hidden corners, or just taking a step back from the noise, we might just click. Let’s see where it goes.

You always have the best book recommendations. What’s the latest one keeping you up at night? The Beautiful Fall. It’s all about Yves Saint Laurent and Karl Lagerfeld in the fashion world of the ‘70s. Feels like stepping into another era. by Caius Thorne; ; Report |

Let me guess. You spent an hour making this look effortless. More like thirty minutes. But I’ll take the compliment. by Caius Thorne; ; Report |
Secrets lose their power when spoken aloud, Lucas. But maybe one day… if you’re paying attention.
